Payment information
NDIS participants will be invoiced on the day of service and payment will be required by self-managed on the day of service or plan-managed participants within 7 days in accordance with our service agreement.
Private paying fees are to be paid on the day of service. Our bank account details are available on the front counter at reception. Credit cards are accepted with a 2% surcharge.
Late Notice Cancellation fees will apply within 48 hours and billed at the full therapy price. The late cancellation policy remains firm for all clients of Delicate Minds to ensure every person that requires therapy intervention has an equal chance at receiving therapy.
